Teams Enter 2008 Commonwealth Cup
The 2008 Commonwealth Cup will be hosted by the Madison United Soccer Association in Richmond and Berea the weekends of November 1-2 and November 8-9 (if necessary). The 2nd weekend will only be used if needed to complete an age group.
These two fun-filled weekends offer teams the opportunity to play against some of the best recreational teams from all areas of Kentucky. This tournament is open to any properly registered and formed Kentucky Youth Soccer recreational team, mixed or girls, aged U10-U16.
For the 2008 Commonwealth Cup, Guest Players will NOT be permitted. You may only use those players that are on your Fall 2008 Season Roster. If you have any questions about the Commonwealth Cup, please contact Dave McIver at programs@kysoccer.net or by calling the state office at 859-268-1254. |

The development of all players within KYSA is advanced when the player meets personal challenges. The tournament is designed to encourage and honor the recreational player by allowing the player to compete for both team and personal goals. This tournament is structured so that, regardless of ability, all players can realistically strive for the goal of becoming a state champion. The event is held annually on the first and second weekends of November. |
