ODP/PDF STATE STAFF
 
ODP & PDP coaching selections are made by the State Director of Coach and Player Development. Coaches are selected on qualifications, coaching experience and previous involvement with the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program.

All of the coaching staff working with the players are currently working as a collage coach, a club Director of Coaching, local club coach or High School coach

All ODP & PDP staff must complete a disclosure form as part of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association Risk Management Program. No coach or administrator may have contact with any player as a representative of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program without both forms on file.

Both programs begin anew each year. Provided a coach has not been with an age group for two years, the coaching staff from the previous year will be given preference.
