  • Kentucky Youth Soccer Fall Recreation Tournament Crowns Champions  November 12, 2007 LEXINGTON, KY – As the 2007 nears an end, the Commonwealth Cup presented by Liberty Mutual concluded in Elizabethtown over the weekend where the more than 1,300 athletes enjoyed the state’s largest recreational soccer event.  The tournament was hosted locally by Kentucky Youth Soccer Association and Elizabethtown Youth Soccer Association at the Mike Carroll Soccer Complex.
  • Kentucky Youth Soccer Fall Recreation Tournament Comes to Elizabethtown  LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer Association along with local host association, Elizabethtown Youth Soccer Association will host 94 teams as they compete in the 2007 Commonwealth Cup presented by Liberty Mutual. The event will be played November 3rd & 4th and November 10th & 11th at Mike Carroll Soccer Complex and Nicholas Street Fields in Elizabethtown.
  • Board Member Announcement  LEXINGTON, Kentucky (September 10, 2007) – Kentucky Youth Soccer is proud to announce the addition of Youth Administrator Susan Masters and District 1 Administrator Tom Dumaine to the State Board of Directors, effective September 1st.  These individuals were elected by the Kentucky Youth Soccer membership at Annual General Meeting held in August. 
  • Gilliland Added to Region II ODP Pool Team  LEXINGTON, KY (July 31, 2007) – Lancaster’s Arin Gilliland has recently named to the 1992 US Youth Soccer Region II Girls Olympic Development Program (ODP) Pool Team.  Regional and National Staff coaches selected her at Region II ODP camp held earlier this month in Delkalb, Illinois.  This ODP camp brought together the top 18 players of US Youth Soccer’s 14 Midwestern states competing for selection to the Pool Team.
  • Kohl’s US Youth Soccer American Cup Rolls through Kentucky  06/18 LEXINGTON, KY – As the 2007 soccer season comes to an end, the Kohl's US Youth Soccer American Cup concluded in Oldham County over the weekend where the more than 5,500 enjoyed the nation's largest traveling soccer event that was hosted locally by Kentucky Youth Soccer Association and Oldham County Youth Soccer Association
  • Kohl’s US Youth Soccer American Cup Comes to Oldham County  06/04 LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer, along with Oldham County Youth Soccer will host the Kohl’s US Youth Soccer American Cup, the largest recreational youth soccer festival in the United States at Buckner Soccer Complex June 9-10
  • Kentucky Youth Soccer Crowns State Open Cup Champions  06/04 LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer Association is proud to declare the champions and finalist for the 2007 US Youth Soccer Kentucky State Open Cup

  • Kentucky Youth Soccer hosts State Cup "Championship Weekend" in Bowling Green  05/26 LEXINGTON, KY - Kentucky Youth Soccer, along with Southern Kentucky Soccer will host more than 1,000 players from 56 teams from all corners of the Commonwealth as they compete in "Championship Weekend" of the US Youth Soccer Kentucky State Open Cup and Eurosport Challenge Cup June 2-3 at the Lovers Lane Soccer Complex in Bowling Green.

  • Kentucky Youth Soccer hosts US Youth Soccer National Championship Series State Cup  5/21/ LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer, along with Lexington FC will host more than 3,000 players from 168 teams from all corners of the Commonwealth as they compete in the US Youth Soccer Kentucky State Open Cup May 26-28 at Masterson Station Park in Lexington.

  • Kentucky Youth Soccer Eurosport Cup Crowns Champions  5/21 LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer Association along with local host association, Owensboro United Soccer Club hosted 108 teams in the 2007 Eurosport Challenge Cup at Thompson Berry Soccer Complex in Owensboro
  • Kentucky Youth Soccer Eurosport Challenge Cup Coming to Owensboro  5/14 LEXINGTON, KY – Kentucky Youth Soccer Association along with local host association, Owensboro United Soccer Club, will host 108 teams from all corners of the Commonwealth of Kentucky as they compete in the 2007 Eurosport Challenge Cup. The tournament will be played May 19-20 at Thompson-Berry Soccer Complex in Owensboro
  • 2007 KYSA Annual General Meeting Notice - 05/7 The 2007 Annual General Meeting of the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association’s State Council will be held Saturday, August 4, 2007
  • Player Rebounds from Near Fatal Injury 02/14 LEXINGTON, KY – Former Kentucky Youth Soccer player and current Lafayette High School senior Alex Dornbusch has been selected to tryout for the US Paralympics Soccer National Team February 18-25 at US Soccer’s National Training Center at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA.
